About Us

The Campbell Institute is the largest and longest running English language school in Wellington, New Zealand. We also have a campus on the fringe of the central city in Newmarket, Auckland.

As a part of UP Education, Campbell can offer non-IELTS pathways into many tertiary providers in New Zealand including Foundation Studies at Victoria University of Wellington.

We are also an NZQA Category 1 rated English language school, which means we can offer work rights for students wishing to work while they study.

Students studying at Campbell enjoy some of the best English language tuition in NZ and a home away from home, where they are made to feel comfortable, and teachers are approachable and patient. Campbell’s advanced teaching methodologies, combined with regular progress testing and numerous opportunities for extra help, provide students with the ideal learning environment to improve their English.
